CPS is a stand-alone service provider that has been working with equipment manufacturers since 1992. Representative authorizations include Lenovo, HP, Dell, Motorola, Asus, Philips, AOC and Kodak.


Working with sophisticated and marketable equipment, we are committed to the highest standards of quality, time efficiency and honesty. Such approach has helped us to gain customer and partner loyalty.


We manage over 200 service centers across Russia and the CIS. Our regional network is growing rapidly. We are engaged in spare parts import and export operations and handle the respective logistics.


All pivotal repair and maintenance stages are under our direct and strict control with the help of the software we developed in-house. The company is ISO 9001 compliant.

  • We repair laptops, printers, MFPs, personal computers, tablets, smartphones, electronic gadgets, server equipment and household appliances. Repairs can be undertaken in our workshop or on the customer's premises.
  • We always start with customer consultation either by phone or email and, therefore, only products that are really defective are returned for in-warranty repair, whereas the remaining issues are solved at the initial diagnostics stage. This saves customer time and optimizes your service and maintenance costs.
  • We deliver the required technical and information support to our subcontractors and provide them with our software that we developed in-house — a CRM system with an ERP module.
  • Our long-term experience helps us to locate and select subcontractors that meet your particular goals and objectives.
