- A dedicated account manager is assigned to each of our corporate clients.
- We accept repair requests made through manufacturers' call centers or sent to us via email.
- We execute regular maintenance agreements and agreements for repair of PCs and printers.
- We use only original spare parts.
We work with the following equipment at the customer's site:
Lenovo: laptops, tablet PCs, PCs, All-in-Ones, workstations, monitors;
HP: notebooks, PCs, All-in-Ones, printers, MFPs.
Dell: notebooks, PCs, All-in-Ones, servers, UPS, data vaults, network equipment.
A CPS expert will arrive at your site if it is no more than 100 kilometers away from our service center.

In your request, please specify:
- serial number;
- defect;
- contact details.
In reply to your request we will provide you with its number. Once we receive the required spare part, our expert will contact you to agree on the time of visit.
