CPS was founded in 1992. We are a stand-alone business that provides maintenance and repair services to partners from Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Mongolia and in the international market.

Over almost thirty years we have worked with corporate clients, individuals, retail chains and state-owned enterprises.

CPS offers in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs of notebooks, printers, tablet PCs, smartphones, servers and other computer electronics and household appliances both at our workshop and customer's site locations. We are authorized to repair HP, Dell, Lenovo, ASUS, Motorola, Philips, AOC, and Kodak products.

CPS is a service provider. We manage a subcontractor network of more than 200 service centers across Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Mongolia.

CPS is an ISO 9001 certified company. We have implemented a quality management system for all types of our services. We develop in-house bespoke software solutions to process repair requests and spare parts orders and to accurately manage our KPIs. Our software is linked to the databases of our partners and manufacturers.

The company's headquarters and service center are located in the center of Moscow, on the Shelepikhinskaya Embankment. The premises house 50 workstations, three separate reception zones and a spare parts warehouse.

Our center is equipped with a fire alarm and suppression system, an air cleaning and conditioning system, and all workstations and workshops are ESD protected.

The whole territory is under 24/7 video surveillance and can only be accessed with an electronic badge. We repair sophisticated and expensive products and our own equipment, from electric soldering irons to diagnostic tools, is all state-of-the-art. Every employee receives regular training and holds certificates evidencing his/her professional skills.
