Out-of-warranty (chargeable) repairs of Philips products are performed after diagnostics at the service center. Diagnostics is included in the repair cost. Repair time depends on the availability of necessary spare parts and the time required to fix the problem. The cost of repairs and spare parts is subject to agreement with the customer. The warranty on replacement parts and work performed is 90 days.
